So…I had a successful week! I’ve found that incorporating small, realistic changes, really has an impact on my habits in general. For example: drinking all that water this week kept me away from the yucky diet stuff I was guzzling before. I also have been incorporating much more vegetarian meals throughout the week as a result of my “meatless Mondays.” I also got through four days of my pelvic floor exercise plan – and it feels great!

I’m a true believer that nothing changes if nothing changes. And just one week has me feeling inspired to take even more steps to reclaim my body and health. For now, I will continue with these three habits this month and add to this come April:
- Doing my pelvic floor exercises 4x weekly.
- Drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily.
- Dedicating one day a week to plant-based/vegetarian eating.
Also, the weather is getting warmer so I’m planning on joining a gym once both of my kiddos are able to be vaccinated and also taking them on more walks around the neighborhood. I miss exercising for many reasons, above all the sense of pride and accomplishment, it gives me.
I will check in at the end of the month to let you all know how I did during March!
