I had a successful month!
My plan was to get through this 30-day program to fix my peeing in my pants problem, and I can’t believe it worked!!!! I need to figure out what maintenance will look like, but so far, it feels well worth the 47 bucks it costs for the program to strengthen my pelvic floor – and just after one month!

It almost feels like a miracle, to be honest. I know many mamas, myself included, thought a weak pelvic floor was just the cost we mothers would have to pay, for having babies. But I’m a testament that this is simply not true!
It feels incredible that I’m taking care of my body and remembering how important prioritizing my health is, and how these healthy habits have a beneficial ripple effect in my life. Excited to build on this success!
Anywho, now that I completed this program, I’ve come up with some other goals for the month of April to build on my success of last month, where I incorporated small, yet attainable changes that paid off. So, ahem, for next month:
1. Run/walk or exercise three times weekly
2. Stop eating after 7 p.m.
These new goals are in addition to my one day of plant-based eating, and drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily.
So I did my first run/walk session this morning, and it was a no joke uplift for my mood. It’s really the reason I decided to prioritize movement in my life again because it really makes me happy and centered and positive. It’s a huge part of what gives me that sense of accomplishment and feel I can do anything. It also does a lot for my anxiety. If I’m honest, I feel I’ve fallen into some sort of malaise, and I want to feel happy and excited again. I will keep you posted on my progress and how this month goes.
Wish me luck! And if you have any questions about the pelvic floor program, drop them in the comments below.
